1. Is this chair easy to set up?

Effortless assembly: attach the fabric to the frame by following the instructions and tutorial video. A stiff fit usually means the frame is not fully expanded or aligned. Thanks to the tension-connected frame and simple fabric mounting, it sets up faster than most ultralight chairs. Packing takes slightly more patience. While not as quick as a large chair, the lightweight design makes this drawback negligible

2. Is this chair adjustable for recline angles? This chair has 3 Adjustable Recline Angles – Unlike standard camping chairs, this model supports three tilt positions for natural reclining with reliable back support. Meet your diverse needs.

3. Can this chair be used on sand, grass, or uneven ground?

Equipped with large anti-sink feet. Unlike similar models, they stop sinking into sand and grass for better stability and perform excellently on firm or mostly flat ground. Enjoy your journey without hassle.

4. What should I do if I run into setup issues or get damaged components?

Please reach out to WildCall support prior to returning your chair. We can assist with setup guidance, missing or broken parts, and strive to deliver a prompt resolution.

5. Is the weight capacity 264 pounds or 330 pounds?

The 330 lb rating represents the net pressure capacity obtained through machine testing. Due to the dynamic nature of actual use, the load-bearing capacity may be slightly reduced. We recommend this product for users weighing no more than 264 lb
